We guarantee that the Retulp articles delivered meet the usual requirements and standards that can reasonably be set for them and are free of defects. If this is not the case, we will provide repair or replacement. Complaints about color and size of the print are of course excluded if an agreement on the digital print proof has been given. The satisfaction guarantee applies if it concerns a defective product or personalization errors made by us.
