For orders over €40 shipping is free. Below this amount you pay €6,95 within the Netherlands. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 business days.
What should I do if I have a complaint or defective product?
If you bought the product in a store, please contact that store. Ordered through our webshop or through Bol.com? Then fill out our online form, we usually help you within 1-3 business days.
What about warranty?
Our products are guaranteed for 6 months under normal use. More info can be found on the warranty & returns page. We are happy to help you find a suitable solution.
Does Retulp also sell individual parts such as caps?
Yes, for many products you can order separate caps or rings through our webshop. That way you don't have to replace an entire product right away.
