Participation Event Summit Jaarbeurs 2025

On Thursday, February 13, 2025, we were at Event Summit with Retulp at the Jaarbeurs Utrecht. This one-day platform for the event industry offered us a chance to share our sustainable mission and connect with professionals looking for reusable solutions.

A day full of valuable conversations

During the fair, Dennis and Manon spoke to numerous visitors who were interested in reusable coffee cups. We noticed that more and more companies and event organizers are actively looking for alternatives to disposable cups. Not only to comply with the new regulations, but especially to make a positive impact on the environment.

Our reusable coffee mugs are ideal for events, festivals and business settings. They can be personalized with a company logo or message, making them a perfect corporate gift as well. We found it inspiring to hear how companies are thinking about sustainability and how they want to partner with us to reduce their impact.

SmartBin: the smart solution for reusable cups

In addition to our coffee cups, we have also received a lot of interest in the SmartBin. This innovative system makes it possible to take reusable cups and pay out deposits digitally via Tikkie. This makes it easier for organizers to set up a circular system and ensure a closed reuse chain.

It was great to see that many event organizers are open to this innovative solution. They understand that it is not only about reusable products, but also about an efficient return system that contributes to a more sustainable event industry.

A fair full of inspiration and connections

In addition to our own booth, there was an awful lot to see and experience at Event Summit. With more than 600 exhibitors and numerous inspiring sessions, it was a day full of innovation, networking and new ideas. We are glad we could be part of this sustainability movement within the event world.

To everyone who spoke to us at the fair, thank you for your interest, ideas and enthusiasm! We look forward to working together for a more sustainable future. Did you miss us or want to know more about our reusable coffee cups and the SmartBin? Feel free to contact us or check out our website.
