Plastic Soup

Op onze weg naar minder plastic afval in de natuur en oceanen werken we samen met een aantal andere organisaties. Een goed voorbeeld hiervan is de samenwerking met Plastic Soup Foundation . Zij organiseren zeilexpedities met als doel schonere zeeën en oceanen door vermindering van de plastic soep. Samen zijn wij van mening dat je plastic afval beter kunt voorkomen dan recyclen. Bij Retulp vervaardigen wij dan ook al onze producten zoals de drinkflessen, thermosflessen, bidons en tassen van duurzame biobased materialen.

But so far, all that plastic waste is there! If we do nothing, by the year 2050 there will be more plastic in the oceans than fish. That's quite a shock, isn't it? It certainly scared us and we are happy to support all initiatives to reduce the plastic soup.
